This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
- a) Website traffic monitoring
Like most websites, this website uses Google Analytics (GA) to monitor user activity. We use this data to determine the number of people using our website, to better understand how they find and use our web pages, and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, your device, your web browser and your operating system, none of this information makes you personally identifiable to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not provide us with access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor that complies with the requirements of European legislation.
- b) Contact form
In the event that you choose to contact our Clinic using the contact form, none of the data you provide will be stored by this website, nor will it be transferred to or processed by any third-party data processor. Instead, this data will be sent to us by email through the SMTP protocol (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
Our SMTP servers are protected by the TLS security protocol, sometimes also known as SSL, which means that the email content is encrypted before being sent over the internet. The email content is decrypted by our local computers and devices.
In this case, DENTALIAS DENTAL CLINIC, as the Data Controller, will process the data you enter for the purpose of responding to your specific request/enquiry. Your personal data will be stored and used only for this specific purpose and for a reasonable period of time.
Your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, which you may exercise under the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and depending on the purpose and legal basis of their processing, are as follows:
