Painless endodontics, also known as root canal treatment, relieves the patient from pain by eliminating the infection from inside the tooth in a way that prevents recurrence.
The full treatment may require one to two one-hour appointments, depending on the extent of the inflammation, in order to be completed successfully. After each appointment, there may be mild discomfort, which usually subsides after only a few days.
